We do not collect sensitive health information via SMS. Please do not send protected health information (PHI) through text messages.

How We Use Your Information

We use your phone number and message content to:

  • Send lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, quote responses, and customer service messages
  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Send automated acknowledgement replies (for example, confirming we received your message, or letting you know our support hours when you reply outside Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CT)

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your mobile number. Your information may be shared with:

  • Our SMS provider (Telnyx) solely for the purpose of delivering and managing messages
  • Service providers who assist with our SMS program (under strict confidentiality agreements)

We will never share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date.
