SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the OCuSOFT SMS messaging program.
Program Description
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from OCuSOFT for:
- Lead follow-up and sales communications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Quote responses and customer service
- Other account-related notifications
Message frequency will vary based on your interactions (typically 1–5 messages per month).
Some replies are answered by an automated acknowledgement (for example, confirming we received your message, or letting you know our support hours when you reply outside Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CT). These automated messages do not change your message frequency expectations and you can opt out of all messages at any time by replying STOP.
Consent and Opt-In
You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing or using our products/services. Consent is voluntary.
You may opt in by:
- Submitting your phone number on our website contact forms
- Verbally consenting during a phone call
- Replying “YES” or “START” to an invitation message
Costs & Carrier Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opting Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.

Limitations & Liability
Ocusoft is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or costs incurred due to carrier issues. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the SMS program at any time.
Changes to the Program
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
